Ben Affleck and Matt Damon are reuniting during a major movie based on the life and crimes of Boston’s principally famous underworld figure of the ultimate century – James ‘Whitey’ Bulger. Whitey managed to ~ to a public persona with Robin Hood appellation cachet but of course the realty was far different – Whitey was in circumstance a brutal murderer, drug dealer, extortionist, and subjugate of all in the criminal terraqueous globe, a complete rat who was an FBI informant for over 20 years!
Ben and Matt won the Oscar ~ the sake of Best Original Screenplay for the 1997 film ‘Good Will Hunting’ what one. they co-wrote and starred in.

Damon told GQ magazine: “We’re doing a Whitey Bulger movie. There are a brace of competing movies and I don’t think it’s been announced still that we’re doing it.”
“But the sooner it’s announced the superiority, just because everyone else will back over, hopefully. I’m really excited respecting it.”
‘Boardwalk Empire’ originator Terrence Winter is writing the script, at the same time that Casey Affleck will have a role in the thin skin. Production is due to begin on the project next year.
Bulger was the first fiddle of South Boston’s Winter Hill Gang who ran a palladium racket targeting drug dealers and individuals running illicit gambling operations.
After working as each FBI informant for years, Bulger – who is accused of committing 19 murders – went without ceasing the run in December 1994 for being tipped off he was almost to be arrested for an accusation under the RICO Act.
He remained up~ the run for 16 years near the front of being arrested at the age of 81 onward with his long-time girlfriend Catherine Greig in June 2011 in Santa Monica, California.
The pellicle will tell Bulger’s fib from his youth and incarceration put ~ Alcatraz through to his rise to dominion as an underworld boss and his veiled life as an FBI informant.
